I ordered a pair of shoes online from Footwear Ark
http://www.footwearark.com/ on 8/17/14. The only confirmation I received from them was an email order confirmation with a request for payment, which I did through PayPal. Since then, I have emailed them numerous times without a single response. Some emails come back as undeliverable. There is no phone number to call. I believe that this is a fradulent website.
