Some Rehab Owners have even been CAUGHT LYING to Prospective Clients; Telling them that their Rehab Centers are CERTIFIED AND ACCREDITED by such organizations as NAATP & CARF Canada, When in fact, THEY ARE NOT LICENSED - NOT CERTIFIED - NOT ACCREDITED - By ANYONE.
