Norman Poole was introduced to me by Michael Pearce from M&N Property Holdings as a finance broker for Mystyle Global Capital Pty Ltd. When Norman Poole spoke with me via mobile ( 0499-745016 ) he was confident of being able to source funding of $35,000,000 for my development project at Stafford in Brisbane Australia. Accordingly I agreed to meet him in my project manager's office in Brisbane on the following day, Saturday 24 December 2012. At this meeting he was represented by his colleague Anton De Beers ( who sounded identical to Norman Poole but did not produce any identification of who he was )who produced a term sheet from My Style Global Capital Pty Ltd to provide funding of $35,000,000 for my development project. He requested an immediate upfront payment of $25,000 in cleared funds to be paid into his nominated account. I responded by agreeing to pay $25,000 into an agreed solicitor's trust account until I received an unconditional letter of offer for these funds. Anton De Beers/ Norman Poole kept on insisting on an immediate payment or he would place a posting on Scambook to discredit myself. After several days of demanding phone calls and threats, Norman ? , placed a posting on Scambook which was inaccurate, misleading and defamatory and which has created havoc in my business world. Subsequently I acknowledged that this matter must be put to rest so I began doing research on Norman Poole, Anton De Beers. I soon discovered a photo of Marius Anton Ackerman on the net which was identical to Anton De Beers who's voice is identical to Norman Poole and a Norman ? authored the posting on Scambook about me. I have also noted that Marius Anton Ackerman now represents a new organization at the same address as Mystyle Global Capital Pty Ltd, in Assetgro Global Capital ( 07-55104723 and 07-31777645 ). This organization now has two negative listings on Scambook worth $1,225,000. Previously Marius Anton Ackerman was interviewed by Australian Federal Police regarding $100,000 in deposits paid to him for the purchase of pedigree dogs that were being purchased over the net. None of the purchasers received their puppies and complained to the police.
