I ordered and e-cigarette starter kit and the add said that all I had to pay was shipping and handling and the kit was free. I had ordered on before from another company and that was all I got charged. This company has charged me full price of $99.97 twice, the month I ordered it and the next month. I have to call my Bank and put a stop in for this order. I Would like to get my money back.
