I saw several debits and credits from this company on 11/1 for .01 and .03. I called them and they said they were testing it before making a deposit that I applied for. I told them I did not apply and that I was not interested in their loan and also that the $30 application fee was not to be charged since I did not fill out an application. I noticed that my account was debited for $30 on 11/4 and I called the company back asking them why? They told me my application was only 80% complete which qualifies me for a loan and that the money would be deposited with or without my consent. If they deposit money into my account, I will promptly close the account and they will not be able to debit anything ever again. Therefore, I win. I look forward to them pursuing litigation after that.
