Purchased the Linksys EA6200 router and the 'Range Extender' to compliment it.
The reason for this specific item was that it is advertised to use their USB cable to connect to a printer. As they couald not fix it they referrred me to a technical outsourcing company called 'Supportrix.com. They charged $72 for 3 months of support. They could not fix it.
Going back to Linksys I was told that I need them to fix it as it is advertised to work. I was told by the technician that it only works with a 'virtual' printer. This is NOT how it is advertised. Regardless, neither Linksys technical nor their on-line tech help could resolve the issue. This is disappointing and disceptive advertising. With all the time and money spent I want a full refund for the router, the ranger extender and the hours of time spent to reach this disappointing conclusion! Tom
