On 8/20/2014 I ordered a FREE TRIAL OFFER of Slendera weight loss solution, agreeing to pay the $2.97 shipping and handing fee. On 9/03/2014 I noticed a charge of $84.97 on my credit card from Spectrum Health. I immediately called them to find out what this charge was for. I was informed that this was for a 14 day Free Trial offer (nothing mentioned about that when I placed the order) and that I was supposed to call the company to let them know I wanted to cancel the subscription (I wasn't aware I joined a subscription). Plus I was supposed to mail the unused portion of the Natural Cleanse (which I did not order) at my cost. None of this was mentioned when I placed the order. This company leads you to believe that you are getting a Free Trial Offer agreeing to pay for the shipping and handling only. This is very misleading to the consumer. I will be glad to send them back their product (which I haven't even tried yet) but at their cost. I feel this company is commenting fraud and I am going to contact the Attorney General and the BBB of my State. I want the charge of $84.97 removed from my credit card and I want to be removed from the subscription of this product for any future products and charges.
