After trying several times to get through to this company, after I realized only a day later that a drop shipment every month would occur, I called and cancelled my acct...They said ok, acct cancelled, but on my Discover bill a few days ago, they have billed me again for the same amount...I only received one package from them, returned it to the post office the same day, was instructed to call them the same day with a confirmation number, which I did, and now when I finally got thru about the charge, they are telling me nothing can be done...So actually I have nothing of the product, senior citizen, 78 years old, dealing with chemo and cancer, and if though I totally misunderstood thinking I would receive a sample for 4.95, which I also have been billed for, they seem to be ignoring me, saying nothing can be done....This is a lot of money to have to pay for no product...Any help you can give me would be so appreciated...Thanks so much....
