I was refered to this Dr Andrew Ramirez by Patricia Chappell who had a site on line saying she was a breeder for the English Bulldogs, she told me her pups were all booked and that Dr Ramirez was a breeder that she got two dogs from and that he had three for sale at $450.00, Ramirez was using the web site of Edge Pet Relocator where the dog was going to be flying out from. There web site is 'WWW.Edgepetrelocator.com" I could have lost much more money but I purchased the wrong card that he requested which is "Vanilla Reload Network" I got "Vanilla Visa Reload" (thank god) I did give 500.00 cash on this wrong card but I wouldn't give the Dr the pin number until I saw that the dog was now all set to fly and that I needed to see all that paper work 1st. The reason he got the 300.00 was to cover the cost of flying, so I did go back to the store and I put the 300.00 down on the Vanilla Reload Network, he got the 300.00 that same night and was going to make the arrangments the next morning (8/21) this is were it all ends. Patricia Chappell is all part of this.
