Its online shopping site...I bought my galaxy s5 and they never sent it and they don't responds to my emails and messages. I have every single proof of my order and my payment through bank transfer. Please help me

First they said to me that ur order is shipped and then I asked them Tracking number and they sent me tracking number of a shipment that was posted 3 days before even I visited their site.And that shipment was bound to Italian city of Bari.

And then I messaged them how is this possible that u ship an item 3 days before I even visited ur site and they said they have done another shipment of my item but after that email they have not responded to any my message or email..
