UNBELIEVABLE! I saw a charge from DIETINST877-8943532 on my bank statement and quickly called to see what this is for. I was told by the call center that I had gone on some webmd health site to inquire about something. I may have but I didnt know that just reading something and NEVER entering my credit card would allow them to charge my card. They had my name,address,phone # and email. I never entered that let alone my credit card. They never could answer how they got my credit card info let alone my address etc. They did not hesitate to credit me back but i sure would like to know how you received my info in the first place! So now you have to weary of even reading on the internet. This company is BAD!
