I erroneously dialed a number I thought was a doctor's appointment line. I get the message "Congratulations, you have won a$100 Walmart gift card...press 1 to speak with an operator". I then speak to a female operator who says I also won a $40 gas card and $25 American Express check. But they needed payment of $4.95 for s&h plus my contact info. After asking very specific questions I found out that "the $100 Walmart Gift Car" was actually rebate vouchers on items you had to purchase first. And they want a debit or credit card for the $4.95 s&h fee. I'm also sure they would have charged other things as well after they got your information. I knew right there it was a SCAM!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!
