I applied for the free trail,paid £2.99,after I submitted my claim the t&c came up, saying that after 14 days I will be charged the full amount there was a cancel button so I pressed it thinking it would cancel my trail,well I received the goods ten days after, by this time I had changed my mind so I rang the number that was on on my email conformation and guess what no dialling tone, so I emailed back,actually had a reply saying they couldn't find any record of me or my details would I send the ID code which I did but not had a reply, I managed to get through 8/8/14 and no couldn't find any of my details again, I dred to think how much the phone call cost me,I contacted my bank and that have blocked them but they have still managed to take money out of my account £89.99, these people need to be stopped as it is all a scam, as I am from wales it's very hard to contact and get some help . Hope you may be able to help me thank you .
