My license was suspended for not having insurance when I clearly did. I was pulled over and almost arrested, for not having insurance when I actually did with all the proof that I did. I let this so called company know what was going on and they refuse to help me. I have been driving on a suspended license for 2 months that never should have been suspended. This happened once before when I switched from allstate to progressive. Progressive agent called me in, let me know that my license was suspended and said no worries, and, with the touch of a key on his keyboard, straightened the whole thing out. Windhaven refuses to help me at all. And, there customer service agents are the rudest on the planet! At Least the online agents can pretend to be friendly. They have almost cost me my job and my freedom! And, never batted an eyelash in the process of not protecting their customers!
