I signed up for a 14 day free trial of Nutriberry Slim, Vita Cleanse and Garcinia Pro in June. I received one each of Nutriberry and Vita Cleanse and Three bottles of Garcinia Pro. I took the pills according to the instructions. The pills didn't work at all in the three weeks I tried them I put on 1lb. Not the miraculous desired effect.

I forgot all about it as I am looking for a job and then I fell and broke my ankle so these have been foremost in my mind.

Today two bottles of pills arrived with a despatch note with code NS-Trial-3. I firstly emailed them to arrange a cancellation and return and my email bounced back from Daemon - reason mailbox is full. This made me suspicious so I phoned their customer service and in 2 long phone calls managed to find out that in total I have been charged £431. I was adamant I wanted a refund of the full amount and was offered £190 which is the price of the last two shipments (July and August), one of which has never even arrived otherwise I would have cancelled in July. They could not explain what the other £251 was for except it was for the Free Trial. Obviously I was not satisfied and eventually got the name of the customer services manager who is Curt Freeman which I suspect is made up as he was never available to come to the phone. Emails to their customer service still bounce back as the mailbox is full. Therefore I have done some digging in Companies House, the company who owns this scam is Healthy Essentials Ltd co reg no 08364075, the sole director is Mr Oded Kariti, Director ID 917707175. Address is 196 Caerphilly Road, Cardiff, Glamorganshire, CF14 4NR. I would like advice on how to proceed to get a full refund. Many thanks, Sally Edgar
