My son thought he had cancelled this. He cancelled the Garcia cambogia and thought that cancelled this to. I emailed them on 08/04/14 that I wanted my money back. I haven't gotten my money back or a bottle of the slim plus. I have no phone number or way to get in touch with them. When I find a way I'm turning in an ACH with my bank to get my money back. They are crooks!!!
