This scammer tells people his wife is dying and that his wife doesn't want him to sell his home which has all the amenities such as washer, dryer, etc. He then asks for the deposit as well as the first month's rent if you wish to be sent via Western Union, telling you to deduct the charge, making him look like a nice guy. He doesn't speak very good English and had us send the payment via Western Union to Courney Smith at 158 E 23rd Street in New York, whom he said was his daughter. What a scoundrel. He even said he was a minister and made us want to feel sorry for his sick wife - sick man he is. He used a house that was already sold in Sacramento California, and has ripped off other people for the exact same address. Buyer beware - do not send anything Western Union!
