A company called Consumer Education Outreach http://consumereducation.net/ has been calling me for MONTHS. I get a message telling me I qualify for a electrically discount and to press 5. After about the 10th call, I played along and start acting interested. This company stole my information and sold it to 9 different solar companies. I filed a ticket the solar company who said they had no idea their vendor was doing this. My attoryney sent them a letter and got a response it was from a company called Epath Media http://epathmedia.com, who sold it. You can also file a complaint at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
