Associate Professor of Computer Science Dr. Raquel Hill was paid by my company to consult on computer security issues we were having. She bragged about her PHD, from Harvard and that she was "the best" when it came to computer security.
On her first day on the job, we found out that just because you have a college degree, even from Harvard it does not make you an expert. Everything she suggested we could fine in a "Computer for Dummies."
We would not recommend Dr. Hill to a group of 3rd graders learning computer safety.
It is a sham that the University of Indiana employees this amateur.
