I ordered the free trial for these products
but also received the complete product in the same delivery, I did not realise this at the time that this was the case as I thought I had only received trial products, as I did not sign up for future supply of the product. There was no paperwork, delivery note etc. in the package when I received it. Initially I was only charged for the delivery but then the sum of £108.96 in total was taken from my bank account. I subsequently cancelled future orders via their website. I contacted the company by email for a return number in order to return the unwanted part of the order but was informed I would have to phone their customer service department to obtain this number. I have no intention of doing this as I live in Scotland, UK and this wold cost a fortune. I don't see the problem in supplying this number by email. Anyway I returned the product to the company and requested a refund but have since been informed, as the package did not have the return number on it, they will not refund. This is ridiculous and extremely very poor customer service on their part. I don't know how to continue in pursuing this matter as I want refunded. Would it be worthwhile in reporting this company through the British Trading Standards?
