It seems that the All Tune and Lubes at 8300 Midlothian Tpke. , 6812 Midlothian Tpke., 11800 Hull St. Rd. as well as O'shea's automotive on Hull St. Rd. are all owned by the same unscrupulous CROOK -- barry flora who turns out to be nothing more the a lying drunk P.O.S. I am sure there are plenty of people who have been taken advantage of by one of his automotive repair shops -- Please come forward so other hard working people don't have to learn the same lesson the hard way . I had dealt with this company for almost ten years and always received excellent service my entire family and a fair amount of friends used them for all their automotive needs. All always received great service at fair prices, that's what made us so vulnerable and disappointed. Towards the end of 2009 our repair bills became inflated and our vehicles never really fixed correctly even after numerous attempts. We had always dealt primarily with one person,who left in late 2009. Now if you have an issue you deal with barry flora who is an obvious drunk and would not surprise me if there are multiple other issues.I have been told bold face lies, I have been promised satisfaction and I have been constantly lied to and NEVER received any resolution to any issues that have been brought toMr. flora's attention. His new store manager's seem to have a rehearsed script of promises and compensating customers for their inconvenience.A gary stricker,jim molder and bob something are all a bunch of rude liars that have less knowledge about cars then the average person with a drivers license I guess this all flows down from their leader barry flora. Get as much money as you can from every customer (sell them repairs even if they aren't needed and won't help fix their car) then give them the run around when they come back with their original problems that have never gotten fixed. They will then send you from one shop to another with the same results - wasting more time car still not fixed. I had an appointment with Mr. flora at 4:00 pm one afternoon and I could smell the alcohol on his breath and when taken into the shop there were beer bottles on the tool boxes and shelves.
