Unauthorized charge to my credit card for registering to used their auction site. they are refusing to refund my fund on basis that their user agreement state "absolutely no refund" policy.

go to the ftc's link below and submit your complaint. i did. my credit card company sided with bidrack at first, but i submitted my exchange of messages with bidrack as proof that there was something wrong from the very start. i also told them that there are hundreds of complaints in scambook.com. so after 2 weeks, i got my $99 back from my credit card company ;)
