I ordered free trial to them then I got the bottle try it didn't work for me so before the trial period ends I called them and cancel the product then they asked the bottle sent back to them so I sent out then after 3 weeks I got charged to my credit card $97.83 call them I ask why they charged me even I called and sent back the bottle and then I gave the trucking number of mailing and they got it so they told me give me credit in 3 days so I said ok then check my credit card acct. they gave me credit of $89 so called them and ask why it's only $89 not the whole 97.83 they said I need to pay cancellation fee so mad so I told the agent need to talk manager and the stupid agent refuse to transfer to the manager.. They are full of BS so hope they can help me get it straight it up.
