I purchased an iPhone from avobuy since then they did not send the item or refund me. I sent several emails and they said it takes 90 plus days, finally they changed my status to refund request and never refunded me. I called my credit card and the said the can file claim if purchase is within 6 months. Avobuy is telling me my transaction is now closed that I can open it by filling a claim from my credit card. I feel so helpless.
