I called for help with my computer pop up, they represented themselves as a microsoft and charge me $349.99 to clean my computer and make it protected from pop-ups but i am now regularly getting pop ups again and when i called them to get a refund for not providing me proper services i paid for, they denied. i got scammed for $349.99. Please do not believe them.
