I cancelled my membership but the company has ignored my cancellation and taken money from my account. I have no interest in the magazine and would like a refund please as i need the money. I told you that I was going to cancel and that I could not afford it. You have made me overdrawn and now I have bank charges to pay. I am very upset and disappointed in you and would appreciate a refund as soon as possible
