Message on my computer that I needed to clean up my files
I went ahead and tried to process.Iwas,nt successful so I tried again still not able to install the Mac cleaner.
I am 78yrs old and not very experienced with the internet,my son said it was a scam,he was able to clear the the damage.
However my credit card had been charged for the two attempts at $89.95 each for a total of $179.90.
I need help please i am a widow and cannot afford this bill.
