I contacted the USPS website when it came time to give them our new forwarding address. I believed I was dealing with the USPS, but apparently they are the front for this fastaddresschange company. They claim they are not affiliated with the postal service. However, I noticed a change against our credit card derived from a notice from fastaddresschange.com , 5/6/2014. I learned the price was 39.95.
I tried to contact fastaddress via e-mail. indicating I was not satsfied with their service, but have heard nothing. I sent an e-mail to the USPS website, but have had no reply. Fastaddress claims they have a "no questions-asked refund" if you are not satisfied. I am waiting for mine.
