The company charged my account despite my canceling the order in advance of the 30 days I was told i had to try the product before a second bottle would be sent. I returned the original bottle and was told I was not entitled to a refund because i had not called for an authorization # ahead of time even though this was the first bottle @ $4.95. Seems need for a authorization number is hidden in the terms and conditions on their web page - no where on form sent with bottle. This is a great bate and switch routine!
