Absolutely disgusting customer service. We came in for an oil change and a state inspection. We were told they didn't do inspections, but they would take it some place that did. We were not told, however, they would charge us $45 to drive our truck, with our gas, down the block for said inspection. Additionally, the service personnel took it upon himself to do $200 more worth of work without consulting us first. And we still did not get the inspection completed. Nor do we know if our vehicle was actually taken in for an inspection as they did not provide any proof of it in the form of an inspection report. We tried to take care of this situation with him, but he refused to address our complaints. We will report this incident with the BBB and the State as necessary. He is threatening to take us to small claims court instead of simply refunding us for the money he stole from us without permission.
