Armstrong had several delays in their promised schedule (8 weeks delayed). They also has major detailing problems that lead to our firm incurring high cost to fix their problems on the job site. Throughout the solution process they were unavailable, would not return phone calls, only after getting our lawyer to call they sent a solution that ended up costing thousands of dollars in labor for modifications because they did not want to completely fix their building. They sent the wrong roof panel lengths and advised the erectors to install them incorrectly (would void warranty) so they could save money on replacing with the correct ones. I've never met a more unprofessional company. After taking my complaints to the owner of the company I realized it was crooked from the top down.
