Hello my name is Isaura Patricia Ramirez and my bank account has 3 charges posted from ESP Chat. First charge for 24.00 posted May 5, 2014 a 39.99 posted in June 6, 2014 and again 39.99 in this month of July. I am not familiar with any of this and most definitely never authorized for this charges to be taken from my account. Through my gmail company has me as Patricia Ramirez and a reference billing number of #ESP-2010312685. I have called many times the number my bank showed for that company 877-668-0781 and was never successful to speak to anyone, left messages and was never returned my calls. This is robbery please help, my email is [email protected] which was also used in connection to those charges and my phone number is 916-289-3656
