I wrote this on 27th july to their custoner service:
Hello Jen,
I am writing to you concerning an order which I made at least 3 weeks ago and still not received it! I am becoming very impatient, please let me know what is going on with my shipment. The receipt number is 2671-6919-9802-0044, and the order number is KOA1776.
My shipment address is 1/215 Spit road Mosman 2088 NSW Australia.
Please have it shipped to me asap!
Since then i got 2 replies fron [email protected], but no real answers yet, nor product delivered of course.
