I am having a lot of trouble getting my domains transferred from Active-domain. Their "help" desk (which is anything but helpful) gives evasive answers, demands original receipts for all domains - some of which I have had for 12 years (who keeps PayPal receipts for 12 years?) and closes all tickets immediately, before anything is resolved.
I feel I am being scammed and they are going to do everything they can to make it impossible for me to transfer my domains and take my business elsewhere.
