I ordered 1 large funeral spray and one extra large deluxe funeral spray. Both were going to the same funeral home. They delivered both sprays on the day as promised, however, instead of a Gladioli spray, they sent snap dragons! My order was suppose to be a minimum of 27" wide x 48" length. Huge. Instead, what they sent was barely 14" wide x 20" length. I was very upset as these were for my sister.
I called the company the next business day. They offered to resend the flowers using the dollar value difference. They then offered 50% refund.
I am demanding they refund my entire order. They messed up. I can't go back and change the flowers now as the funeral is over. I will never ever deal with this company again. They ripped me off at a moment when I was going through a very difficult time.
