Yesterday, June 3, 2014, Thursday around 6pm in the afternoon (DXB time), Lisa Miller from Canadian Visa Expert called me up in mobile phone, asking for a little time to explain how will I can move to Canada and if I will be qualified. She started asking my work experience and how many months or years I have been to United Arab of Emirates. I've answered all the questions she asked. Then suddenly she ask me what will be my mode of payment and saying I should pay 759 USD for the assessment, I told here I have no credit and then she told me let me know your 6 digit starting from the left of your Debit Account and I gave her all that she need not knowing that she will be the one to do the trandaction, and then she just as me if I want to continue the payment I told her I don't have enough money in my Debit Card she told me it is fine just let me try to continue the payment and if your bank will approved and then ok I told her, and then she told me 380 USD was approved. That would be 1,396 AED. She also told me about IELTS assessment but I have no idea that's the one I have to pay. Yesterday when I saw there email I told them that I want to cancel my payment because I want to think about it first if I still want to pursue my appilication. I called there hotline and saying that there Financial Department will call me regarding my reversal of payment. Until now there no reply in my email in there CSR. Please help me regarding this matter. I want refund my 380 USD in full.

Just very moment CSR Manager Mr. Goldman (I don't know if his last name was correct that's what I've heard) called me and discussing regarding this matter. I told him everything that I want to refund my 380 USD and his telling they can't refund my payment because they have already payed the money tonthe consultant I told him I email your company and I called customer service right away to informed them that I want to refund my payment. And suddenty he ask me to hold for a second he will just ask their accounting team. Few minutes, he spoke to me again and saying that they can only refund 80 USD and I told him No way please do something about it and give my 380 USD back. How come you can't reverse my payment? He told me I will just have a word in Accounting Department and I will talk to you soon. I can't wait for another day, I know the process of refund and I don't know how come they can't give me the full amount. Please help me to refund my 380 USD in full. Thank you so much.
