Order a dress from vividoll online n claim that warehouse is out of stock n credit me with a 'voucher' on my last purchase.
But wanted to order some clothing from them using my credit voucher n was told was expired when do e checkout n payment.
Feeling very annoying n angry so I emailed vividoll the support team to check it out....
They emailed me back n said I need to support them w my order no m the code no of the dress that I had ordered.
I emailed them back w e voucher no, code no n they emailed me back by telling me that they checked thru n said they could not find my order on tis dress n up to date no reply from them at all. Hopeless web purchase I ever come across.
