I got this "service" for signing up with Triple A. It never worked for me. I'd use the proper ID and Password, and it would always reject me. It even rejected my personal information on security questions I knew was correct. When I talked to a representative, half of the time it's a recording, and the other half it's a moron. Don't waste your time with this so-called service. It's a big waste of time. I wasted two hours over the last six months trying to get it to work for me. AAA should terminate its relationship with these incompetent boobs.
