Complaint 32578 Details

On September 10, 2011, Flippo Roofing completed repair to our roof. They removed our old metal roofing and also the shingles underneath it. They said this is the only way they would warranty their work. We paid them $3,150.00. On October 8, 2011 it rained and we had a very bad leak in the kitchen. This was not a problem before the work was done. I called them. They came out about an hour later. The owners son came in, looked at the damage to the ceiling. He and a worker went to the back of the house and in about 5 to 10 minutes at he most, got in their truck and left. They didn't say anything to us and we haven't been able to get any resonse to our many phone call. We just want them to fix what was not done right before really major damage and expense to the ceiling.
