After making this payement, we were given eticket numbers which were 1761401002422
The other eticket number was 1761401002423 and 1761401002424. The payment was for three people.
We received a message from the agent saying they have cancelled the booking because of communication breakdown with the carrier. They offered to send us a refund which they have not yet done.
