Bruno Promised a disc explaining the e business. He said I would not be billed until I had time to look it over and talk to him. I received the call and charges before the disc. He told me the products were Vemma! I told him I had cancer and wouldn't even try those products. He told me he would send email with return instructions. I did everything he asked, to ensure a quick return and quick refund. The first refund for 9.99( of which I never received. The second charge of 39.99 was debited from my account after I told him no I wasn't interested. He would answer my calls and tell me to check my account, I did while talking to him, to confirm no refund..next call he told me there was a glitch in their systems. After three weeks of Bruno not answering my calls or emails, I know I have been scammed . Now what to do????
