In Feb 2014, I was on Travelocity's website. When I signed out, a notice saying that I had won a free prize from Travelocity for using their site came up. I clicked on it and was promised a free skin care sample if I paid shipping and handling. Somehow that turned into shipments of products and a charge of $94.70 on the credit card I had provided for shipping cost. The first, supposedly "free" gift, arrived broken and any package received after that was refused and returned without being opened. When speaking with "Christopher" who answered the phone number on the credit card charge line, he said that he would canceled any future shipments, but the charges for the ones already shipped would stand because there was a no return policy.
The company is a total rip off.
