On May 20th 2014 I agreed to have Derma Juvenate Lite De and Rejuveneye trial samples sent to me for the cost of postage only,$3.79 and $4.99 US,which was billed to my Visa card.I received the samples about a week later.When I got my Visa statement yesterday,I found two more charges to my account for $89.31 and $87.91 US on my Canadian card.These charges were not authorised by me and I phoned the company involved who told me they would not refund my money.
I informed them this was fraud and I would be taking this matter further.
After a lot of arguing back and forth,I finally got some return codes and I have to ship the items to an address in the UK and then I will get my refund.I am about to do this,so hopefully I will get my money back.
