I was on Dogs Trust website when a pop up came up saying i had won a free gift, i opened it and out of three i chose a cream from age renew skin. It told me i had to pay P$P so i put in my details. I then recieved a small bottle of cream and they took £60 off me, i went to the bank and didn't manage to get my money back, it has been around a month since then and all of a sudden another £44.83 was taken from my account from them. so all together now that is £104.83 they have taken off me for a small bottle of cream that doesn't even work. it isn't the cream i am bothered about it is the money that has been lost. As far as i am concerened i haven't subscribed as i have not heard from them through e-mail or telephone.
