Seemingly like others,I looked on line for links to apply for the ESTA visa to enter the USA and clicked on an official looking site.
I was then charged 140.00 dollars rather than the correct fee of 14 dollars and filled in the apparently correct form which I am sure told me that the fee was 14 dollars.
The reply to my query re their fee is
¨We offer a fully managed service including help with updates, changes etc. Our price for this service is $140 USD ¨
I have replied to them commenting on their duplicity and mendacity and suggesting that my fee be returned less a reasonable amount for their ¨service¨
