Step 1

Both parties agree with terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the merchandise, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection;

Step 2

Buyer receives the merchandise and has five days to inspect it. If it is complete and as described, the buyer should accept the merchandise. Step 5
