I opened an account with T mobile about 22 months ago. The contract is for 24 months. Starting about 7 months ago, I started to see excessive charges on my bill. I call the T mobile customer service to find out why. They told me that I was using the internet on my phone and there was a monthly charge. I asked them to remove the internet service from my phone but my bill that should be $79.00 per month was costing me almost $200. per month. I called angain and they told me that I was still paying for internet serverce and other things that I didn't order. I called t-mobile again and they assured me that they would remove the unwanted services and my bill should be about $85, per month with taxes and charges. On 10-26-11 I went on line to view my account because I was still getting these high phone bills and I just couldn't afford it. I had previously , this month, made several payment arrangements because I couldn't afford to pay the last bill all at once. I notice that I was still paying for the unwanted services on my account. I called the customer service and made a big fuss about it. They connected me with a supervisor who talked me into another two year contract and a new plan for $59.00 per month unlimited everything and $130 credited back to my account. He told me that I owe nothing but $40. on 11-14-11. I asked him about the previous arrangement I made which had a last payment of $79.70. He told me that the credit he gave me took cake of that amount and they would not be taking the money out of my account. Well two days later, they sent me a text telling me that they took the $79.70 out of my bank account. I called them immediately to let them know that they were making a mistake. The person I spoke with told me that they would reverse the charge and the money will be back in my account. Well, after a week and five more calls to T- Mobile, I still do not have my $79.70 back in my account and the $40 that I owe on 11-14-11, has increased to $62. I am not going to give up. I am going to the FCC and the FTC with this. Now I see I am not the only person having problems with this company. They can't be allowed to rip poor people off like this. I will point the federal agencies to this web site. Thank you.
