Wanted to give me a loan for 5000.00. I paid 726.00 up front, no payments for 3 months, next day, I paid 726.00 for security because my credit was not that great. My 5000.00 was suppose to be in my account this morning. It was not, and I have called and called, they will not answer. My fiancee just went into hospital, and my bills have not been paid cause I have given them everything. I owe other people money to come up with the security deposit. Have no idea what to do!

- yes go to ur bank and request an investigation make a copy of the advertisement that they guarenteed u send a copy to ur bank to help u get ur refund/ ur bank will contact them because on ur bank statement states their phone number and the company that they used to do their money transactions and their bound by their clients advertisement to honor the guarentees and do the refunds; THE LORD OF HOSTS JUST GAVE U WISDOM AND AN OPEN DOOR TO GET UR MONEY BACK; IN JESUS HOLY NAME AMEN

- Same thing happened to me. Paid 620 one day then again the next to get a $5000 loan and they hve not answered after atleast 20 calls. Borrowed money from a friend to pay it all and now I'm in debt with my best friend.

- Regarding Peachtree captiol trust. I was scamed so bad for 1700.00 from them. I want answers and some of the money back-if not all. I have contacted the BBB in Atlanta and i have filed a police report in Atlanta. I was thinking that if everyone files a police report the it will be more helpful. the number to call to fill out the report is 404-658-6666. they will have police officer investigate this matter. This really sucks having someone scam you when you are down.
