I also ordered the free 14 day trial of the day and night cream. When I called for a refund I was told that the 14 days started on the day of the order, not the day I received it. How stupid does that sound?
I also saved a page that stated I had 60 days to return it for money back.....I found 3 different promises. 14 days, 30 days & 60 days.....How can we know whats going on if they don't!
