Spot lite radio solicited me a spot on their radio show----they never said that it is an Internet radio. I have a charity business called American raffle foundation They stated a brief few minutes--I supposedly went on the aire---or so I thought---I called them within the 72hour cancellation time, and called Bank of America to reverse that $2500.00 charge, the same day I called spot lite radio and cancelled---I stated to Spot Lite that what they told me would not work for my business. I also stated that the trial talk I did, did not get one response out of the several thousand people who listened to it----their answer--Oh, that was not on the air , it was for your benefit? I complained to bank of America credit and supplied all information---they said they were looking into it but was leaning toward Spot lite radio?
In my complaint I stated that Spot Lite radio was not registered with the Secretary of State here in Arizona and was in violation of a ARS statue stating that you cannot solicit business over the telephone unless you are registered! They were illegal to do that!
